In BlueCity draait het allemaal om duurzaamheid en het creëren van een beter milieu met minder afval. In de vorm van een circulaire stad stimuleren groene ondernemers elkaar om reststromen te gebruiken. De creativiteit die deze plek uitstraalt biedt de perfecte voedingsbodem voor ondernemers die variëren van koffiedik zwammenkwekers, regenwater-bierbrouwers, fruitleermakers, lab-genieën tot bioplasticontwikkelaars.
